How does the quote process work?

Submit your project through your client dashboard. We review the scope and send you a custom quote within 24 hours. You only pay when you approve.

What counts as a large project?

Large or complex projects are quoted individually regardless of your plan. We will always be upfront about pricing before we begin.

What counts as a revision?

Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are available at an extra fee.

Can I cancel my monthly plan?

Yes — cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

What software do you use?

We specialize in 2020 Design. All deliverables are production-ready and compatible with standard cabinet shop workflows.

How does the AI Kitchen Designer work?

Upload photos of your kitchen, choose a package, and our AI redesigns your actual room — not a generic template.

How many rooms can I design per order?

One room per order — one kitchen at a time. Each order redesigns a single room. To design another room, simply place a new order.

Will it use my real kitchen?

Yes. The AI transforms your uploaded photo, keeping your actual room as the starting point rather than inventing a generic kitchen.

What photo should I upload?

A clear, well-lit photo of your kitchen works best. The number of photos you can upload depends on your package (from 1 up to 5), and you can take one directly with your camera.

Can I take a photo with my phone?

Yes. On a phone or tablet, tap "Take photo" to use your camera, or "Upload photo" to choose an existing image.

How long does it take?

Usually just a couple of minutes. You'll receive an email when your design is ready.

Why might my design look slightly different from my actual room?

AI renderings are artistic visualizations meant for inspiration and creative reference — not exact construction plans.

Can I get more renderings?

Yes. Additional renders are available as add-ons after your design is generated.

Can I change the design details after ordering?

Additional or regenerated renders are available as paid add-ons. Each render reflects the details and photos submitted.

How long can I access my design?

Your design links are available for 90 days. Be sure to download and save the ones you like.

Do I need to enter measurements?

Measurements are optional and approximate. You can leave them blank if unknown.

What image formats can I upload?

JPG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC, TIFF, GIF, or BMP — up to 30 MB each.

Is my design private?

Yes. Your photos and designs are kept confidential and only shared with the services needed to generate them.

What do the different packages include?

We offer a free preview plus several paid tiers, each with more renderings and higher quality. See the packages above for details.

What's the difference between the AI Designer and your manual design service?

The AI Designer gives fast, inspirational renderings of your room. Our manual cabinet design service provides detailed, production-ready drafting for builds.

Can I use the renderings for construction or ordering?

No. AI renderings are for inspiration only. Always verify measurements and consult a professional before building or purchasing.

What if I'm not happy with my render?

AI results vary by photo and inputs. You can purchase additional renders to try different looks.

Do I need an account to use the AI Kitchen Designer?

Yes. You design from your client dashboard so your renderings are saved to your account.

How do I pay?

Securely through our payment processor at checkout. Your card details are never stored by us.

Are the AI fees refundable?

Because renders are generated instantly, AI fees are non-refundable once generation begins.

What is the watermark on my preview?

Lower tiers include a watermarked preview. Watermark removal is available as a paid option.

Can I download my renderings?

Yes. Download and save your designs within the 90-day access window.

Can I share my design with someone?

Yes, you can share your design link. Note that shared links also expire after 90 days.

Why did my design take longer than a couple of minutes?

Occasionally generation queues during busy periods. If it seems stuck, refresh the page or check back shortly.

Can I upload more than one photo of the same kitchen?

Yes — uploading multiple photos of the same room (up to your package's limit) helps the AI understand your space better.

Will the AI keep my windows, doors, and layout?

The AI aims to preserve your room's structure, but results are artistic and may vary.

Does it work on any kitchen style?

Yes — it works with any kitchen, small or large, modern or traditional.

Can I get a 360° or panoramic view?

Select higher tiers include a panoramic view of your redesigned kitchen.

What happens after I receive my design?

It's saved to "My AI Designs" in your dashboard, and you'll get an email confirmation.
